Aathif ul Haq

Founder & Director

The Founder & Managing Director of Grid Venture is a graduate from the renowned Sheffield Hallam University, United Kingdom. He mirrors the values of the organisation he heads - professionalism, entrepreneurship and a passionate commitment to advancing the interests of all of Grid Venture’s clients. Under his leadership, Grid Venture has transformed into a vast conglomerate with various verticals from Construction, a Design Studio, E-Commerce, Hospitality and much more. Through his leading construction firm, Grid Property Developers that he founded, he has created a niche clientele by designing and constructing multiple luxury homes.

Under his experienced guidance, Grid Studio has been continually pushed to set itself apart from the rest by redesigning experiences. This can be clearly seen in their new venture ‘sEVENTYoNE’, an E-Commerce website conceptualised to connect consumers to high quality lifestyle products. His expertise reflects his experience, as he comes from a background of high-profile businesses functioning and developing smoothly under his able hands. With the objective of transforming people’s dreams into reality, Mr. Aathif has now committed solely to Grid Venture, to serve his clients to the best of his abilities.

Kashif ul Haq

Director

Kashif Ul Haq, serves as the Managing Partner of Grid Venture. He also undertakes the role of director, with respect to which he sets and evolves the strategic direction for the company and its portfolio of offerings, while nurturing a strong leadership team to drive its execution. He is qualified in Fashion Designing and Information Technology (FDIT), having graduated from the National Institute of Fashion Technology, Chennai.

Furthermore, Kashif has nearly a decade of industry experience with a strong track record of driving transformation, executing business startups and creating road maps for the future. Particularly noteworthy are his contributions to ‘Red Shoe’ that he managed and headed for a span of ten fruitful years. Currently, he also functions as the Managing Director of our concomitant venture ‘Hundreds Tea’, and has ushered in a new era of growth for the same through his steady guidance. Grid Venture shows promising potential under his able leadership.

Isam Abdul Rahim

Director & Architect

Isam Abdul Rahim is a highly skilled architect who graduated from MEASI Academy of Architecture, Chennai. He is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Interior Designing at Nottingham Trent University, United Kingdom. To this effect, he has a significant amount of experience in this field, having worked with multiple clients on large-scale residential projects. His specific areas of expertise include 3-D Floor Designing and Interior Designing.

Grid Studio serves as his architectural front. His astute knack for decision-making and problem-solving, as well as his skill in management makes him an invaluable addition to the Grid Venture team. He leads a group of handpicked and highly-skilled architects with whom he collaborates with, in order to ensure the provision of top-tier services to all of Grid Venture’s clients.

Mohammed Itaf

Director

Mohammad Itaf is a dynamic and capable emerging leader who exemplifies the core values and mission of Grid Venture. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Anna University, Chennai, and further advanced his academic journey with a Master of Science in Marketing from the prestigious University of Birmingham, United Kingdom. With a unique blend of technical knowledge and marketing expertise, Itaf brings a well-rounded perspective to the business. His early involvement in leading the marketing initiatives of Grid Property Developers showcased his resourcefulness and strategic thinking.

Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, he played a key role in launching sEVENTY oNE, an online store focused on high-end, affordable travel goods. Now poised to lead the next generation of talent, Itaf brings vision, discipline, and innovation to every endeavor. Under his capable leadership, Grid Venture is set to explore new verticals and reach greater heights.

My project was completed by Grid Property Developers . I wanted to open a restaurant in Chennai and the entire designing , execution and implementation was done by grid. They have a wonderful team. I just gave my concept , further they came up with 2 designs . One was retro i.e vintage and the other one was contemporary. I was happy with the design and chose the design without any hesitation. The implementation started on time. They sourced all the items necessary on time. The project was completed and handed over weeks before the deadline. The M.D himself came on regular visits. Now my restaurant is THE talk of the town. People like my interiors and they visit the place regularly. The company really worked on the budget given to them. I really appreciate their work. Lot of creative effort has been put by the designers of grid property developers. I thank them for their excellent work.

Cleo's Grill

Grid property developers did a great job with our project. Right from initial concept presentation , iterations , preparation of final drawings. Being a full fledged in-house team , it was easy to co-ordinate between all departments. The preparation of the project was good, ensuring that the staff that were to reside at the site had a proper toilet. Highest quality was maintained in procurement of materials and execution. All the footings were wrapped in HDPE and all the steel was corrosion coated to take care of corrosion due to salty air. The managerial team is very responsive and ensures that the task at hand was done on time and in an efficient manner. They explained every stage of the project to the client and clients feedback was carefully incorporated into the execution keeping the language of the design constant. Team is trustworthy and has a high degree of competence. They keep up to their commitment and at no stage was the client made to feel that any of the commitments were not being met. Righly recommeded because its a professional , highly competent, trustworthy firm with good design skills and awareness of latest architectural trends and interior design concepts and materials.

I'm happy with Grid for making a beautiful home. The best part is that we didn't have to spend much of our time in explaining what we wanted on the contrary their immense knowledge of the field led us to the satisfaction of innovative designs, Didn't have to bother ourselves from concept to execution. And yes the project delayed a bit from the scheduled time but after having looked at the final outcome and the appreciations we had from our families and friends overweighs that one aspect.
